Hello,

I do not know you however, I would like to say that is some fine talent my friend, Just Awesome, SWEET.

did you draw the image out yourself and apply it to photo-shop, I see it says you are good with digital art and photo manipulation.

I would like to say thanks for inspiring me to develop some aquatic creature.

I am a medical student who wants to using graphical art in biomedicine or environmental engineering.

I would like for you to check something out for me: Go here www.pond5.com/after-effects/1/…

it allows you to apply text, images, audio to Adobe Effect program for CS3 and beyond.

It will really give this still image a movie effect with the water moving in the background.

I do not know if you are like me but sometimes money is an issue so some of these are lower cost, off course the real good one are up there.

Give me to about Christmas, but when I get some things establish I would like for you to look over somethings, I like this imagine it inspires me to go into more of a marine biology direction for me, perhaps you NOW, lol

Thank You,

"You're" : I'll take that one.

1st paragragh: Chainmail adds thickness, yes I have and yes it does. That last argument was ridiculous. Also the person in this image isn't wearing any.

2nd paragraph: You're talking about splitting hairs ALL the while telling me that I absolutely need to specify EXACTLY which shark could penetrate the suit? Yeah okay. I'll be ready to reply when you carry this argument beyond this point, considering you had "better things to do" from your last reply and you're still here.

3rd paragraph: You're making personal attacks, that sounds pretty desperate to me. There's nothing wrong with arguments. All I said was: "Uh no, a shark would annihilate that suit. Look it up." You did, and you proved me right.

I feel shark attack rates would increase with this suit.
"It only attacked because it thought you were a fish!"

Well now I'm basically a fish.

By the looks of it, I think the shark would have some pretty bad luck trying to bite through that suit. It would probably take one bite and go, "Fuck that shit." and swim off.

Uh...how do you know? Do you know what this entirely fictional suit is made out of? By all means, fill me in, since you've convinced me you must be some sort of expert.

And since apparently you're an expert on that, you must also know that while a great white shark's hardest bite pressure is 600 pounds, an investigating bite is rarely that hard and if they bit into something with armor like that suit, they probably wouldn't like it and would be more likely to swim away than actually go back to do more damage. A tiger shark might come back just out of pure aggression, but that's because they're territorial, they'd want to destroy the thing, not eat it. It all depends on the shark, but the likelihood that one would actually attempt to bite through what appears to be an armored suit? Not likely.

How about next time you just take a little jest without acting like an asshole and treating people like idiots, mm?

"A great white shark's hardest bite pressure is 600 pounds." That's more than enough to punch through that "armor."
(That armor which I must point out is 'skin tight'.)
But say the creator jumps into this argument and says the suit is impenetrable, the diver would be severely from that sudden pressure on his body.

"A tiger shark might come back just out of pure aggression, but that's because they're territorial, they'd want to destroy the thing, not eat it." I used the word 'annihilate' but that argument works for me, not you.

"It all depends on the shark, but the likelihood that one would actually attempt to bite through what appears to be an armored suit? Not likely." But it DOESN'T look like an armored suit. It looks like a fish I see no armor, its so thin I can make out bodily features.
Also the whole reason I commented on this artwork is because it looks like a fish.
It looks like a fish.

My academic sources? You.
Your whole argument proves my point of view. What were you thinking?

Geez, leave it to a brony to turn a nothing joke into a fucking argument. For fuck's sake, can none of you idiots sustain a conversation without it devolving into an "I'm right, you're wrong, so neh!" drama fest?

But, sure, I'll go for it, seeing as you totally ignored a few of the key things I said in favor of your "logic". I said "appears to be an armored suit" not to the shark, but to me. It appears like functional armor to me. Sleek, but functional armor. Armor doesn't have to look like a tank in order to be functional, you can wear chainmail and survive a shark bite, unless it bites as hard as it possibly can, in which the pressure will really harm you, yes, yes, we know that.

However, this touches on what I said previously. Yes, the full bite pressure of a great white shark is 600 pounds. I noticed that the part where I said first bites very rarely tend to be as hard as that totally flew over your head. Investigating bites tend to be light, and if you're wearing protection, they don't hurt you. They only hurt uncovered people because their teeth are sharp enough that they tear through flesh like paper, regardless of how hard the bite is. With armor on, though, an investigating bite would do nothing more than give you a scare, and maybe a little bruise. But I'm not surprised you ignored that. You're not out to learn anything, you're just arguing purely to argue with me and prove me wrong, so fuck me and all the studying I've done on sharks and their behavior, I guess.

Whatever, man. I've got better things to do than argue further about this. If being "right" about how well a totally fictional suit of armor would stand against a shark bite gives you that much validation in your extremely dull life, you can have that.

Your 1st paragraph: Actually your just wrong, as proven by you.

Your 2nd paragraph: Shark doesn't care what you think it looks like, it looks like a fish. Armor cannot have functionality without thickness, even chainmail has thickness, this diver has none of that. You acknowledged that the shark can harm you, perfect that's what I was stating.

3rd Paragraph (READ): It didn't fly over my head. You simply killed your own argument with the Tiger Shark example. Tiger shark is a shark, you lose. All that studying you did just adds to credibility of the source.

4th Paragraph: You lost and can't handle it. Anyone with the ability to read can look at these points and see that.

*you're

And, "Armor cannot have functionality without thickness, even chainmail has thickness". So, apparently you have never handled chainmail, most especially not the kind you would wear on a diving trip, and are therefore just totally assuming stuff again and pulling these "facts" out of your asshole. You also apparently know nothing about real armor or how it works. Good to know.

And, no, I did not kill my own argument, you just seem to think that by saying "shark", that automatically means that any and every shark, and seeing as there are TONS of different kinds of sharks, you can't just say "a shark could and would do this" when you don't specify which and what kind of shark. Because one shark could, but not every shark could. Every shark behaves differently. But if you're going to split hairs, then yes, because I said that if by some freak incident this person came into contact with that one very SPECIFIC shark, then they may very well be doomed, if the tiger shark were to come back to "finish the job". I still don't think it's as fragile as you make it out to be, but, oh well. I'm really not butthurt enough to carry it on beyond this point.

I also love how you're still like "YOU LOSE" like this is some kind of contest I'm desperate to win, when I didn't even start this argument to begin with, you just immediately copped an unnecessary attitude and turned this into a dumb pissing contest about nothing. How sad and lonely are you, brony? Very? Do you need a girlfriend? Probably. Or a boyfriend, whichever way you swing.

Eh, either way, I'm blocking you. Pretty much because I'm sick of seeing you in my inbox already, and I really do have shit to do than argue about sharks.

Maybe it's just me, but every time I look at this suit, all I can think about is how uncomfortable it must feel having your legs practically welded together like that. It's a beautiful picture and it says a lot about your skill that it can evoke such feelings in me, even though the feeling makes me plainly uncomfortable.
